To officially apply for the Fayette County Schools Alumni Association (FCSAA) Scholarship, complete this form and submit it.  You will receive a Confirmation Letter by email.  Please print the Confirmation letter and retain it for your records.

In an effort to show the effectiveness of granting scholarships, FCSAA requests that you send us the status of your educational goals within seven (7)days after each semester ends.  Send your name, the year you graduated from Fayette-Ware  and your immediate educational goals to fayettecountyalumni65@yahoo.com.  We hope you will commit to this effort.
